About us

We, Silke Heinz and Roman Zagrosek, are partners with a combined experience of more than a decade in the field of competition law, compliance and European law, which we have gained inter alia when working for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, a highly renowned and large US-law firm. We have already worked seamlessly together in Brussels and Cologne at the time. Today, each of us provides excellent legal advice, and we also continue to function as an outstanding team.

We thus offer legal services at the highest level, while at the same time providing individual and flexible advice for our clients, always focusing on their actual requirements and questions. In particular, we provide efficient handling, practical solutions and tailor-made concepts.

We do not only have broad expertise in advising clients in the national (German) context, but also have in-depth experience with respect to an international working environment, including working with clients from many different countries. This concerns for example cases under EU law and within the European Commission’s jurisdiction, but also advising on and providing solutions for multijurisdictional cases. In this context, we have cooperated with law firms in other jurisdictions across Europe and worldwide many times, and have been involved in or coordinated international projects.
