The law firm provides legal advice in the field of compliance. This includes advice on the compliance content as well as on the implementation of compliance measures.
Next to competition law compliance, the law firm covers other important areas, such as anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering (AML), or data protection. The level of sanctions as well as potential follow-on claims (damages) is increasing in all of these areas.
The law firm provides comprehensive advice: In addition to providing material compliance concepts, it also advises clients on implementing their policies in practice (in particular, supported by IT-based tools). This includes topics such as Business Partner due diligence (know-your-customer, integrity checks, etc.); risk assessments; self-assessments; whistleblowing hotline; or trainings (face-to-face, via webinar or eLearnings).
